Riverfront Unit Villa 8 Surfers Paradise with Pool

Positive: Excellent location and Very nicely presented Negative: NIl

Positive: Lovely apartment, right on the river front and super close to town. Has everything you need. Negative: Was a little squashed upstairs for 4 people.

Positive: Great little apartment, 15 min walk to tram line and close to a nice strip of cafes Negative: Communication with the property was not good. I requested an early check in if possible and if not asked whether it was possible if we could drop off our bags before check in. The host replied saying that early check in was not possible, but that we could drop our bags off at 11am and they would let us know if the accom was ready before our 2pm check in time. We were very happy with this however when we arrived at 11am to drop off our bags, the guests from the previous night were still at the accommodation. The host then ghosted me, not replying to my messages or answering phone calls. We finally heard from the host 2 hours later, advising that the accommodation would be ready at 3pm (even though the original check in time was 2pm) When we arrived back at the property at 4.30pm the cleaner was only just leaving. So the communication and check in process was very disappointing. The place was also not well supplied - only 1 x roll of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights. No paper towels or tissues.

Positive: Great location, clean, tidy with good views and some cute wildlife Negative: Bathroom a bit narrow but no major issues

Outside needs updating but the inside is amazing Positive: It was a little confusing to find the villa and car space.once we spoke to another tenant who gave us instructions it was easy.
